- Currently associated with Baker Tilly JFC for more than 10 years and managing Business and Corporate Advisory division and specially handling the affairs of company formation which include international business companies formation, free zone company formation, local and foreign offshore company formations etc. and managing the legal requirements of the companies.
- Sound experience in study of financial backgrounds of companies, preparation of financial projects reports, analyzing future projections, liaising, following and arranging finance with the banks and financial institutions etc.
- Worked on various projects and involved in assignments related to making feasibility study, market research reports etc. for agriculture based projects, automobile companies, health products & pharmaceuticals based companies etc.
- Also have exposure to real estate market and involved in arranging selling/buying commercial facilities [plots, warehouse facilities] etc. for the clients as per their requirement.
