• Sameer recently joined Baker Tilly as an Associate Director, Corporate Finance.
• Sameer has over 10 years of experience in Tier 1 global consulting firms/investment banks/credit rating agency.
• Previously, he was Manager in the deal advisory practice of KPMG advisory in Bahrain and was engaged in a number of high value corporate finance engagements. Prior to that, he was a Manager in the advisory practice of Grant Thornton Bahrain.
• Experienced in the entire deal cycle of M&A (buy & sell side), debt advisory, restructuring, capital markets and fund-raising advisory – from origination to transaction closure.
• He has also been engaged in evaluating credit rating of a large number of companies operating across industrials and manufacturing, infrastructure, education, pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector in India.
• Key clients in the industry includes Saudi Tabreed, Bahrain Tabreed, UTICO, EMI Cool for which he has provided varied corporate finance and strategic advisory services
